Terri Ann Motosue , Managing Partner Terri Ann Motosue concentrates her practice in the areas of finance, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law. In the finance area, she has represented major commercial banks and investment banks as lead agent in a variety of lending transactions, including complex domestic and cross-border syndicated secured and unsecured credit facilities and acquisition and leveraged financings.
