Melissa H. Lambert joined the firm in 2002 and specializes in the areas of labor and employment law and litigation and dispute resolution. Ms. Lambert's employment experience includes counseling and defending employers in all aspects of employment law, including wrongful discharge and discrimination claims, and advice regarding labor and employment law compliance. Ms. Lambert's litigation practice involves all phases of litigation arising from the firm's employment, real estate, corporate, and trust and estate practices. Additionally, Ms. Lambert has personal injury, product liability, and general civil litigation experience.
