Mary Jane Connell , Partner Mary Jane Connell concentrates in the areas of estate planning and probate and charitable organizations. She is the co-author of two books dealing with the drafting of wills and trusts and estate planning tax issues. Ms. Connell is one of eight lawyers serving on the Hawaii Judiciary Committee on the Uniform Probate Code and Probate Court Practices. This Committee, which is composed of lawyers and judges, makes recommendations to the Hawaii Legislature about changes in the Hawaii Probate Code. Ms. Connell has lectured for various organizations on international estate planning, estate and gift tax issues, will and trust drafting and related issues.
